The Importance of CBSE Exam in India
Central Board of Secondary Education-CBSE is the main body that conducts the secondary and higher secondary school examinations in India. There are about 5000 schools in India which are affiliated to CBSE and abroad. CBSE also prepares course material for the schools which are affiliated to it. CBSE has earned a reputation and credit for offering common education to the India which is a democratic country with diverse culture, religion, and heritage. The most noteworthy and remarkable feature of CBSE is to introduce the courses and course materials that are relevant and synchronized with the passage of time. Currently, the students who have appeared for the CBSE exams for various classes and courses are eagerly waiting for the declaration of the CBSE exam results 2008. The result for Class X and XII will be announced in the by the end of May 2008.
CBSE is the government body that conducts other important exams too like Pre Medical Test (PMT), Pre Dental Test (PDT), All India Engineering Entrance Test (AIEEE), All India Pharmacy Entrance Test (AIPEE) and All India Architecture Entrance Test (AIAEE). For PMT and PDT, the exams have been held on April 6th 2008 and their result is also announced for the preliminary exam on 15th April 2008. The exams for AIE/P/AEE were also held on April 27, 2008 and the students are eagerly waiting for CBSE to announce its exam results which is due in June 2009 first week.
As the dates for CBSE exam result announcement comes near, students are always a bit afraid and nervous. Even the parents of students undergo a tense situation. The CBSE exam results in India are given high significance. The entire future and career of the student depends on this exam and the marks obtained from these exams but, they also will develop a unique social identity of the student. CBSE exam results prove as a blessing to some but at the same time they act as a curse on some students especially those who fail in these exams. This is the education system in the world which reflects in the social circuits also.
